From July 12 to 18, Human Resources Department of CNBM International Engineering Company organized a six-day training for newcomers, with the aim to help them better understand the culture of the company and quickly adapt to the new work environment. Zhang Liao, the vice president of CNBM International Engineering Company, attended the graduation meeting and delivered a speech.

    The first visit to main factory gave the newcomers an introduction to construction and management of cement production line. The following 2-day outdoor training enhanced their understanding of each other and themselves, it therefore also laid the foundation for future interdepartmental communication and cooperation. Through the final 4-day course, newcomers began to fully understand company culture, business process, management regulation and some other knowledge of CNBM International Engineering.

    In the symposium, Vice President Zhang answered all the questions that put forward patiently and professionally with humor, which won warm applauses. His explanation of recent business operation and future business goals promoted newcomers get to know CNBM, become familiar with CNBM and fit in CNBM. CNBM International Engineering, he said, is always devoted in providing employees with a relaxed and harmonious work environment, creating a positive work atmosphere, improving employees’ work ability, caring for employees’ lives and paying reasonable salaries. He appealed to newcomers to work with self-motivation, responsibility and career ambition, spend time in personal development thus become more competitive and make progress with the company.

    Newcomer training plays an important role in helping new employees to know work environment, understand responsibilities, and fit in company, HR Department therefore will continue perfecting this activity in order to offer the most practical guidance and the most valuable assistance to each new employee.
