(1) Property of anti-crust.Product introduction of the inert material, resistant to chemical attack is not only excellent performance, and when chemical reactions happen at high temperature, it generate dense glassy smooth layer of material on the surface.So it effectively blocks the harmful gases of refractory castables of chemical erosion,and has good property of anti-crust.
(2) Property of high anti-wear. Matrix material has a high bonding strength,so materials are dense and have high anti-wear property. Product in the back-end parts of the kiln can be easily crust have high property of anti-erosion from substantial raw material.
This product primarily used for the crust easy back-end parts of the kiln,such as smokebox, increased flue, cutting slopes,the cone of the preheater IV and V.
